Joining the staff at Three Rivers Medical is Chris Keese, FNP-C. Bringing a wide range of experience to the practice, Chris has worked in the Knoxville area for the last several years after completing his Nurse Practitioner training at ETSU. Prior to this, Chris had worked as an RN house supervisor at Ft Sanders Regional Hospital, as a flight nurse in San Antonio, Tx, and as a firefighter/paramedic with the Gatlinburg Fire Dept. Chris’ wife, Julie, is a pharmacist, and they reside with their daughter in Corryton.
Heather Munsey, CCMA, has been working alongside Dr. Hancock for several years now. As the solo clinical assistant, her varied abilities make her presence vital to the clinic’s day to day operation. Heather is certified for phlebotomy, X-ray, drug screening, breath alcohol, spirometry, and has demonstrated the ability to multi-task when necessary. Heather and her husband, Donnie, live just outside Knoxville, and they have two children, a daughter and a son.
New to the staff running the front office will be Lezlie Raney. The relationship with Raney and Hancock families goes back over 30 years. After working together in previous business ventures, Lezlie is now returning to work in the newly re-opened clinic which has been a staple to the East and South Knoxville landscape since the 1980’s. Lezlie is native to South Knoxville, graduating from Doyle High School, and continues to live there with her husband, Rusty. They have two sons and a brand new grandchild.
From time to time you will also likely see Dr Hancock’s wife, Terri, and any one of his daughters, Katie, Lexie, and Allie, working in the clinic. During the warmer months, you’ll likely see Dr Hancock’s son, Cabe, keeping the grounds manicured.
Our foremost goal as a staff will be to provide excellent care in a timely manner, focusing on the individual as a whole. We focus on people, not numbers. We will strive to offer a family atmosphere as many of our patients have become like family to us. We are humbled by the trust that is placed with us to provide for your healthcare needs.
